Twins In The News
February 2008 The event we had been waiting for is finally over. The March of Dimes, March For Babies kick-off was a big success. I have never spoken in front of so many people, but managed to do fairly well even though the twin were running around like crazy people. The local paper "The Greenville News" and WSPA aired the event on their 5pm news program.
October 2007
We are honored to have been choosen as one of the South Carolina March of Dimes Family Ambassadors. We had a press conference where the "torch" was handed to us by the past Ambassadors. We were one of the first families to board the "Story Bus" and were interviewed by our local TV station WSPA. Charlie just stuck his tongue out, and my portion was just horrific.

The twins were featured in a South Carolina publication called UpState Parent. The entire magazine was their "baby" issue and our article was titled "Fighting For Life". The twins had a ball when the photographer came to our house and I am surprised she actually got a photo of them at all.

The twins were lucky enough to have a photo shoot with Mrs. South Carolina, Elizabeth Aiken. She is helping us during our March For Babies campaign. She is also going to help us hand out trophies at the end of the walk on April 26, 2008.
