Nate has congenital hydrocephalus - treated with a shunt; asymmetrical ventriculomegaly; intraventricular and intraparenchymal bleed on left and right; large left porencephalic cyst; aqueduct stenosis; rt hemaplegia; truncal hypotonia; large left chronic subdural hematoma - treated with a shunt; incomplete right hemianopsia; epilepsy; and strabismus.
